After searching "SharePoint forums" on google I came across your site.   I figured that I would go ahead and plant myself here and see how this forum community is.   As I don't know anyone else that works with SP I'm in need of folks that know what it is and have worked with it.

A little background so you can "know" me better:

I'm a Client Server analyst in Louisville, KY.  I've been dabbling in SPS for almost 3 years now.  Almost everything that I have done in setting up SP and getting it recognized by my employer has been done in my spare time, as well as in secret due to a former boss.   My company is now looking to use MOSS to become their intranet/content management solution.   That puts me in a good position as I have been recognized as the "go to guy" for anything SP related. 

Since I'm considered the Expert, I am expecting to be put in charge of implementing MOSS in our environment.   Personally, I don't consider myself an expert at all.   Just the most knowledgable person there :)

I'd like to try to be an active part in this forum group so that I can learn and possibly help others out with the in's and out's of SharePoint and the issues and solutions that a company needs.

Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi before browsing through the different threads here.
