I am new to sharepoint and I am creating a site for my IT company, the site is a web part page full of lists on a single page which contains information about logins, ip addresses, and various other info about client systems.

At the top of the page I currently have a filter web part, and a content web part with html code which contains anchored jump to links so i can hit any portion of the page easily.

My question is can i have these 2 web parts always at the top of the page, The page is very long and right now if i scroll down a little bit these features are not available unless if i scroll all the way back up to the top.

If someone can help me out with this or can tell me a easiler way to accomplish this that would be wonderful
