Can't figure out how to edit a drop down list

ok here is the deal. I was asked to do some work on a website that was already made. www.asapafrica.org

If you go to this website, hover over the Home tab and a drop down menu comes down. OK HERE IS MY PROBLEM. I have to create a new page and put it on that list. The page is Malawi.html and is going to be titled Malawi information on that list.

HOW DO I DO THIS??? I have tried everything. I cannot figure it out! I have the template open and tried editing it but this did not work. If anyone can help me change this banner in the template please can you tell me how.
