I use virtual images with SharePoint to become more familiair with it, and now I wonder how I can add users to this virtual environment, upload documents to it, or save the pages I have created to use them in other images?

I download and use the virtual image from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=67f93dcb-ada8-4db5-a47b-df17e14b2c74&DisplayLang=en. If it is not possible to change the configuration of this image easily, are there other images that I could use?
