We had an excellent meeting on Friday! If you weren't there..you missed half your life! Well maybe not that much - but you missed a very interesting discussion and a bunch of great ideas!
We have decided for this project to focus on Business Intelligence dashboards running on Sharepoint services. We will be using the Office Web Components and we will use a common sample database that Microsoft provides.
Meetings will be held every Friday from Noon to 1pm at Mesa Products Inc 4445 S. 74th E. Ave, Tulsa (we are located on the corner of 74th and 46th Street - about halfway between Memorial and Sheridan on 46th). Mesa will be providing pizza and pop for our meetings! We will be meeting in Mesa's training room which has a LARGE white board! (There you go Steve!)
We are looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting! Friday May 12th at noon!

Glad you thought the meeting went well Heidi ! I thought so too. I want these meetings to be a chance for us to bring our SharePoint Questions. We did get into some great discussions on SharePoint, IIS, AD And building a technical infrastrurcture to support your collaborative efforts. I am stoked and excited to get this rolling finally !
I will be at our meeting this friday but will miss the next one due to my attending a Global SharePoint Architecture Conference. I will be blogging daily about the conference. I would hope that the group can still get together to move the project forward and the meeting after that, we can all catch up :-)
The big action item that I took out of the meeting was to get our Hosting lined up for the group project. I will have something byt the meeting this Friday ! See you then !
