We had a really great discussion last Friday!  I really enjoyed the opportunity to work more as a team on a project then a meeting/class type session being led by someone.  (Not that we didn’t miss you Steve and BJ)!

We discussed the data in the Adventure works database and came up with the following KPI’s:

• Rejected items
• Drill down by vendor
•  Drill down by parts
• Attrition rates – Human Resources
• Parts Inventory (Falling below safety stock level)
• On Time delivery
• Total Sales
• Drill down Regional Sales
• Drill down Personal Sales

Mike has agreed to demonstrate creating a web service on Friday.  Then those of use that are interested in development are going to take ownership of creating a web service for a KPI. 

Even if you are not interested in development you don’t want to miss this demonstration so you are aware of what is available through web services!
