As promised, here's the first of many threads in our new forum for discussing our Group Project.

• First Item of Business : Project Code Name - All of the really cool development shops come up with nifty code names for thier projects. Since we are going to be a really cool development team, we need to come up with a project code name.
• Second Item of Business: Setting up a SharePoint Site that we can all get to to act as our Project Web Site (We will track the project through this site
• Third Item of Business: Creating Project Team and placing folks in respective roles.
• Fourth Item of Business: Defining the Requirements of the project
• Fifth Item of Business: Defining the iterations of the project and features of each iteration.

I will post new threads for each of these items so we can discuss each.

I'm also interested.  Will we be meeting separately or during the sharepoint meetings?
