Ok Guys and Gals, I think we have enough folks who are interested to get this kicked off... Sorry for the delay on my part, I have been rather buried with WORK responsabilities.. imagine THAT :-)
My proposal is to kick off with a lunch meeting to get the project started. We can shoot for Thursday this week or Monday next week (or another suggestion from the group ?)
If I don't see any replies today, I will send out an email to all of the spforums users that we are soliciting feedback on the meeting date
Next Monday works best for me. I would have to drive back to Okmulgee after the meeting to attend another meeting on Thursday. Can be done but at today's gas prices would just as soon not...

I can't tell how many people are interested - but our conference room is open. I suppose it could hold 12-15 people.
