Hiya Guys,

Hopefully an obvious answer to this question, I have two Sharepoint boxes which have been running fine for a couple of years.for some reson just recently we have a backlog of alerts.The mail server it sends them to is fine.I did the smtp relay test...all is ok.

I have restarted both servers after dropping out of the NLB, and check that all is well.I can see no problems and I now have a backlog of 882 message. has anyone experienced this before?  what areas can I check to get more information?
