Hello all,

I'm just currently working on file permissions for a test. The problem i am experiencing is I am issuing users a read permission to a document library, however they can still modify and change permissions to (i.e) "Test.doc". I've seen ways to remove the user from being able to see the file, but what if i just want to give them permissions just to read the file?
