Hi!
We've come across a strange issue where if we copy a document from a library 
in one site collection and send it to another site collection(by explorer 
view or the "send to - other location" any metadata using "person or Group" 
type data(in this case - "Primary Contact") will get assigned a different 
user since in one site collection, "userDisplay.aspx?ID=1" represents me but 
in another that user ID is a different person.  Has anyone else encountered 
this and can recommend a solution?
