The gigantic boss of our little company (he's a tall man) wants a way to put up a log onto the server. He currently uses the appointment function in Outlook 2003 to record the things he's done. He'd like all of us to start doing this and wants a way for us to share our logs. I had the idea to set up a recurring appointment in outlook, then clicking invite attendees, which allows me to set up a workspace for this.
The meeting workspace set up for this is a nice option, but with a flaw. everyday, I'd have to create a new log word document. Not much, it would basically consist of the names of the employees in the office, with a blank space under it, but can I save it to a template and create a meeting workspace that automatically creates the file for everyday?
