Weird After Upgrade

Okay all this is going to sound really wierd.

I have a default website which has as http://servername/default.aspx
Then I create another site which is http://servername/managers/default.aspx
Here is the really funny thing.

As I look at the Cookie Crumbs is is listed this way, for this address
http://servername/default.aspx is it listed as Managers>COMPANY NAME.  When
I go to the manager page the cookie crumbs looks like this
Managers>COMPANY NAME>Managers.  Even when I click on the Managers page of
the first cookie crumb it opens this as the web page
http://servername/managers/default.aspx and the cookie crumbs comes out like
this Managers>COMPANY NAME>Managers.

 What I did was upgrade from WSS2 to WSS 3.  Thank god this went without a
hitch, I would like to fix the cookie crumb.  Any suggestions on how I can
get the Naviagation bars going on the Default site and the Managers Site.
It sees that the naviagation links are missing and I would like to add them
back.  Thanks
