We installed sharepoint 3.0 to integrate with our current web application. The web site url for sharepoint has the port number listed in it.ex: http://servername:8080/sites... Is there a way to take it out of the url, but still have the same functionality. Another issue that we want to be able to let employees change a url in their personal mode in sharepoint- right now we can only change url's in shared mode. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
