Hello,

I am newbie in MOSS 2007 and I want to create a SharePoint custom list “Interviews” that contains Candidate Name,
Candidate Email & Interview Date. When the Interview Date is Set/Changed, I should notify the interviewers by sending Meeting Request/Change to their Outlook Calendars. I can add the Interviewers emails as another column in
the list. I don't have an Exchange Server.

I thought that I can make a workflow on the custome list, but how can I read the interviewer email and send to his/her outlook calender automatically. This is what I failed to do.

It is highly appreciated if anyone help me to complete my thought or have any other idea to achieve the result.
